Foundalyze uses a structured supplier qualification and quality control methodology designed to reduce manufacturing risk before, during and after production.
OUR PRINCIPLE
We don't qualify suppliers simply because they have a certificate.
Certifications are one part of the evaluation. We also look at manufacturing capability, process control, technical understanding, capacity, traceability and evidence of quality.

Supplier Qualification
We evaluate the supplier's manufacturing capability, facilities, experience, quality systems, capacity and commercial suitability against the requirement.
Technical Review
The requirement is reviewed against drawings, BOMs, materials, tolerances, specifications, testing requirements and applicable standards.
Mandatory Quality Gates
Critical requirements are identified before production. Suppliers must satisfy defined mandatory gates before progressing.
Production Quality Control
Inspection requirements are defined according to product risk, process characteristics and customer requirements.
Non-Conformance & Corrective Action
Non-conformances are documented, investigated and addressed through corrective action rather than simply being accepted or ignored.
Final Inspection & Release
Production is reviewed against the agreed requirements before the shipment is released.

Can the supplier consistently support the required volume and delivery schedule?
Quality System
Are inspection, documentation, traceability and corrective-action practices established?

Are critical manufacturing parameters identified and controlled?
Traceability
Can material, production and inspection records be traced where required?
Evidence
Can claims about certifications, capabilities and quality be supported with evidence?

Foundalyze qualification is based on our internal evaluation process and does not replace customer-specific quality requirements, statutory requirements, third-party certification or independent inspection where applicable.
